A retelling of the annunciation in a world that has lost the ability to receive one

I am currently writing my debut novel, AND THE WORD BECAME FLESH, a reimagining of the annunciation as a cyberpunk thriller. It sits on the shelf between T.R. Napper's THE ESCHERMAN for it's gritty, corporate-dystopian action and a protagonist whose identity is actively being dismantled, and Helen Phillips' HUM for its emotion center: a mother navigating a speculative landscape where the systems she depends on are actively consuming her family.

I have written screenplays for pitches with Mayhem Pictures and currently work as an Emmy-nominated video director. Other screenwriting credits include web-series “Confab”, feature length film “Die Noobs”, and film festival screened short “Microcosm”.  AND THE WORD BECAME FLESH is my debut novel, but my fifth completed manuscript.
